I picked up a Sea to Summit sleeping bag and overall I do like it. The build quality seems really solid, and it packs down well, which is a big plus. That said, I’m not sure the temperature rating is quite as accurate as I expected. I was a bit cold around the listed comfort range, even using a decent sleeping pad and wearing base layers. Maybe I just sleep colder than average, so I don’t want to say it’s definitely off, but it sure felt a little optimistic to me. Still a good bag, just not one I’d fully trust right at its stated comfort limit.

I didn’t have the best experience with the support on this backpack. When I reached out, the help I got felt weak, the way they responded made me feel a bit talked down to. I wasn’t expecting anything over the top, just a clearer and more respectful answer

I only used it twice before the seam ripped, which is ridiculous. I wasn’t doing anything rough with it either, so that was frustrating. Definitely not something I’d bother buying again...

I bought this hoping it would save some space in my pack, but it still feels bulky. Not huge, but bulky enough that I noticed it. For the price, I really expected it to pack down smaller, so yeah, a little disappointing.

I wouldn’t feel comfortable using this tent if there’s any wind at all. It kept wobbling really badly the whole time, and it just didn’t feel sturdy. It also seemed like it had been handled carelessly before I got it, which didn’t help my confidence in it. Overall, not something I’d trust for a camping trip.

I bought a travel mug from Sea to Summit it got gross way faster than I expected. The lid is ridiculous to clean, way more hassle than it should be for a simple mug. Even after washing it a few times, the smell still kind of hangs around. I just don’t think it’s worth dealing with that much upkeep

I slept on this for one night and woke up with my back hurting, so it’s definitely not for me. I was also a bit confused because the email I got seemed to say something different from what I expected, which didn’t help. Overall, not a great experience.

Trying to exchange my order ended up being way more frustrating than it should’ve been. It took forever, and every time I talked to support I felt like I had to explain the same issue all over again. They didn’t really seem to help much, and the whole process just became a headache.

Not gonna lie, I bought this thinking the extra weight would mean better performance, but I just haven’t seen enough of a difference. I’ve used cheaper, lighter options that do pretty much the same job. It mostly feels like I’m carrying extra weight for no real benefit, which is disappointing.

It’s definitely lightweight and packs down really well, which I appreciated since I’ve used bulkier camp cookware in the past that was a pain to fit in my bag. That said, the cooking performance was just okay. The heat didn’t spread as evenly as I hoped, and food stuck more than I expected. Cleanup wasn’t terrible as long as I let it soak for a bit. Overall, it’s not bad and it works fine for simple meals, but for the price, I was expecting a little more.

I picked up a Sea to Summit dry bag and, overall, it did a decent job on a short hike in light rain. The outside beaded water at first, and my stuff stayed mostly dry, so for casual use or lighter conditions, I’d say it performs fine.

When the rain got heavier, though, I did notice a little dampness around the roll top. Nothing was totally soaked, so it wasn’t a disaster, but it also wasn’t quite as protective as I was hoping. I’d still use it for basic trips, just probably not rely on it as my only protection in a serious downpour

I was excited when this arrived, but once I actually opened it up and tried to use it, I realized there just wasn’t much room inside. I had pictured it being a lot more spacious, so it was a bit disappointing. It works, but it’s definitely way smaller than I expected.

I ordered from seatosummitusa.com and the whole delivery experience was frustrating. The tracking barely changed for days, and when I tried to get answers, I felt like I kept hearing different things depending on where I checked or who I asked. One update made it seem like it was moving, then another made it seem like nothing had happened. The package eventually showed up, but way later than I expected. if you need your gear by a specific date, I wouldn’t count on getting clear or consistent info.

The website looks clean and all, but using it was weirdly frustrating. I kept trying the filters and they either didn’t work right or I couldn’t tell what they were doing. Some pages took forever to load too, which made it even more annoying. I was just trying to find basic product info and somehow it took way longer than it should have. Not really what I expected.

I got this thinking it’d be super easy to squish down and toss in my bag for trips, but yeah, not really. It still takes up more room than I expected, which is kind of the whole thing I was trying to avoid. Just ended up being a bit annoying for me, so I wouldn’t say it was worth it...

The fit was just really weird and way smaller than I expected. I tried to make it work, but nope. I’m returning it, and I’m already dreading dealing with some automated return system instead of an actual person.

I emailed customer service twice and still haven’t gotten a reply. The first message was sent days ago, and I even followed up just to make sure it didn’t get missed, but there’s been nothing back at all.

Using this site felt like it was built by people who’ve never actually shopped online. Pages took forever to load, the filters were clunky and annoying, and finding basic info was way harder than it had any right to be. Checkout was a mess too—I had to keep going back because it was so confusing. Pathetic user experience overall.

I bought this from Sea to Summit thinking it would be a solid, long-lasting piece of gear, but the seam construction was a letdown.
After only a few normal trips, the stitching started pulling apart and the edges looked like they were already failing. I wasn’t rough on it or doing anything extreme, so that made it even more frustrating.
For what it costs, I expected much better quality. Save your time and look for something sturdier, because I definitely wouldn’t buy this again.
